1. Amanda Charlotte Carswell is a New Zealand owned and operated trading as Festive Finds on Fitzroy Christmas Shop Napier.
   
   
2. Online purchases are available in New Zealand only.
   
   
3. All stock items are expressed in New Zealand dollars.
   
   
4. All prices include 15% GST
   
   
5. As a purchasing customer please provide valid and correct details.
   
   
6. Once an order is received and confirmed the item(s) being dispatched to the customer will be fully checked. If there are any discrepancies with the item(s) before being dispatched the customer will be notified.
   
   
7. At times the level of stock may change – hence if a product has been purchased and in the event of being unavailable a refund will be provided.
   
   
8. Festive Finds on Fitzroy respects our customers privacy – therefore all personal details provided will not be under any circumstances given or sold to a third party.

10. DELIVERY
    Courier handling and packaging $15 flat fee nationwide. Rural $20 nationwide.
    
    
11. DATABASE
    As an online customer you will automatically join the Festive Finds on Fitzroy customer email database for the latest up and coming events online or instore. You may choose to opt out at any time and remove your details by emailing festivefindsnz@gmail.com or via the unsubscribe link on a mailout.
    
    
12. RETURNS
    i) For returning item(s) please notify Festive Finds on Fitzroy by email festivefindsnz@gmail.com within 7 days of the purchase date.
    (ii) Returning item(s) must be in the original condition sent with tags attached and proof of purchase documentation.
    Note: It is suggested that item(s) of return are sent back by track and trace method to ensure return to Festive Finds on Fitzroy.
    (iii) Festive Finds on Fitzroy will not be held responsible for return delivery costs or any item(s) that fails to be returned to Festive Finds on Fitzroy when sent from the customer.
    (iv) On receiving item(s) of return the item(s) will be thoroughly checked and once satisfied that item(s) are in the original state a refund will be provided.
    (v) No items will be accepted without tags or clear signs of use.
